Updated as of April 16, 2022

Thank you for attending CNA2022. As many of you are aware, the COVID numbers in Ontario have risen dramatically over the last few weeks. Given that many of you traveled to Ottawa recently, stayed in a hotel, and attended the conference and partner receptions, we encourage you to get tested and take all necessary precautions to stay safe and healthy.

Let’s keep each other safe and follow the City of Ottawa Public Health Guidelines that encourages the public to wear a mask in settings indoors when physical distancing may not be possible.

As a reminder: please read the City of Ottawa Public Health Information for those who have symptoms, test positive for COVID-19 and high-risk contacts ahead of your travels to CNA2022.

To ensure the health and well-being of attendees at CNA2022, our team is committed to adhering to all Canadian and local government laws, implementing appropriate health and safety measures in consultation with healthcare authorities and experts, and applying best practices as required.

We understand that these requirements are evolving, and we will ensure that all attendees are kept informed of any new developments ahead of the event. Our current guidelines and plans are outlined below:

  • In line with current provincial government guidelines, attendees will not be required to show proof of vaccination upon entry
  • Provincial government mask wearing policies are also expected to be removed prior to the event, however attendees are encouraged to wear a mask should they feel more comfortable doing so
  • Sponsored masks and hand sanitizer will be available in our delegate bags and on site
  • Fewer exhibitor booths in crowded areas and directional signage for attendees will help maintain physical distancing
  • Registration will be open from Monday, April 11 to help with traffic flow
  • We ask all registrants to monitor their health for any symptoms of COVID-19. Should you fall ill, we request that you stay home for the health, safety, and comfort of all conference attendees

The health and safety of our CNA2022 participants remains our top priority and we will continue to share any further update to guidelines. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time with questions or concerns.
